As such the Licensed contractor assumes all responsibility for all and any issues that may potentially arise the result of the designs shown to the homeowner be it colors products styles and measurements.

Ooglehome.com simply provides the technology to create artistic designs for homeowners to see outstanding and creative designs for (their own property improvement.

The contractor and homeowner using Ooglehome.com artistic technology as such agrees to hold Ooglehome.com harmless in any type of litigation that may potentially arise from disagreements between the consumer and the contractor. Both parties therefore understand that Ooglehome.com has zero engagement in the decision making process between Contractor and Consumer.

The artistic designs provide residential homeowners the opportunity to visually see full photographic color representations of their own home improvement dream come true, before making any final decisions to hire a licensed contractor.

Those consumers interested in seeing their own home improvement dream finished before making any final decisions provides contractors who use Ooglehome.com Technology potential leads of those consumers  potentially interested in making home improvements.

All calls made by consumers through the Ooglehome.com website or by telephone, mail or any other form of commercial and social media marketing are directed to participating licensed contractors who then contact the homeowner interested in viewing Ooglehome.com designing applied to their own homes.

The Consumer who ultimately engages a Licensed Contractor who utilizes Ooglehome.com technology is able to see their home remodeling dreams completely finished in alternative styles, designs, colors and manufacturing products of their choice.

Ooglehome.com represents a visual representation ONLY, provided by the licensed contractor whereby all and any representations made by the licensed contractor with the consumer are the SOLE responsibility of the contractor and consumer and in no way represent any representation of Ooglehome.com.

As such the Ooglehome.com Provider does not in any manner engage with the consumer for the purpose of selling any home improvements.

The provider does not sell any construction to the consumer. The provider does not under any circumstance accept any responsibility for any part of any contractual agreement which may be entered into by the licensed contractor and the consumer.

Ooglehome.com further does not represent nor does it accept any responsibility for any designs provided by the Licensed Contractor using ooglehome.com technology.

It is therefore the sole responsibility of the Licensed Contractor and the consumer homeowner planning to engage in any contract to verify the accuracy of each and every aspect of their design.

As an example Ooglehome.com recommends that the consumer see the actual product sample to insure the accuracy of any and all designs provided by the contractor to insure that their visual interpretation of the color and manufacturer in any photo designs they see represents their final decision.

Ooglehome.com by definition is the intellectual property of Ooglehome.com having created and developed multiple software design platforms with the goal of providing both contractors and consumers photographic color images of individual consumer homes completed home improvement designs.

The property includes but is not limited to the sales presentation portfolios to assist contractor in selling the Ooglehome.com technology in addition to training programs designed to assist contractors how to use the Ooglehome.com system.
